Our most recent completed construction management project focused on the comprehensive expansion and remodel of a prominent learning center and daycare facility. Situated in a bustling community, this project aimed to enhance the facility's capacity and functionality to better serve the educational and developmental needs of young children. 

• Expansion: The project included the construction of additional classrooms and renovating existing classrooms and activity spaces to accommodate a growing student population. The new spaces are designed to foster creativity, learning, and social interaction among children of different age groups.

• Remodeling: The existing building underwent extensive renovations to modernize its infrastructure, improve energy efficiency, and ensure compliance with current safety and accessibility standards. This includes upgrading HVAC systems, electrical wiring, and plumbing to meet the demands of a contemporary educational environment.

• Outdoor Play Areas: Recognizing the importance of outdoor activities in child development, the project included the enhancement of outdoor play areas.
