Our current construction management project focuses on expanding and modernizing a well-established trucking facility we originally constructed in 1994. Situated in a pivotal location for logistics and transportation, this project aims to enhance the facility's capabilities to meet contemporary industry standards while preserving its legacy of reliability and efficiency.

• Building Expansion: The project includes the construction of additional warehouse and operational space to accommodate the growing demands of the trucking industry. • Remodeling and Renovation: The existing building will undergo extensive remodeling and renovation to upgrade infrastructure and improve functionality. This includes refurbishing office areas, modernizing break rooms and amenities for staff, and updating mechanical and electrical systems to align with current technological advancements and energy efficiency standards.
